I have had back pain most of my life. From getting bucked off of horses, falling down a 14 foot trench in a golf cart to being rear ended 3 times at a dead stop. I can tell you I have had my fair share of back pain. Did I mention 4 kids?? LOL It has only been 2 sessions and my back feels amazing! No pain after my shoots (I'm a photographer) or when I have been editing for hours on end. I highly recommend this place. The staff is wonderful and the doctor knows his stuff. Only thing I regret is not going years ago!
I have been Dr. Tai's patient for about 15 years. I would recommend him to anyone who needs chiropractic's help! He is a highly trained professional with a great heart and respect to his patients! This man definitely knows what he is doing! All his team is wonderful! The receptionist Nadia is always helpful with scheduling appointments and the massage therapist Zina is AMAZING! I would give them 10 stars, if I could!!!
Here I am writing another post it took me too. It was the most pleasant visit I've ever had no exaggeration. Not a single problem whatsoever. Every employee was really kind and made me feel comfortable. Everything was completed hassle free.

One of the best Chiropractic care I've received. Excellent service. Kind staff (Nadia office Mgr is professional. Dr.Tai knows his stuff. Funny, comforting. He keeps your treatment and needs real. To the point. Stephen (massage therapist) does great messages. He knows what rearments work best.
I've been coming here for a few months, the Dr has worked wonders on my back. All the staff from reception to the Dr are extremely nice and welcoming. I would highly recommend this office, if your looking for a great chiropractic office this is the place to go you won't regret it!!!
This place is a lifesaver! My husband had some serious neck pain caused by poor posture (we think). Something in his neck and upper spine popped while he was stretching on day, and this brought great pain and an inability to move his neck. The next day, we scheduled an appointment to see Dr. Tai by a referral, and I'm so glad we came. We didn't have insurance that was accepted, but they were still willing to work with us and the pricing was pretty reasonable. After an evaluation by Dr. Tai, he knew exactly what to do. With just a few different moves with his hands, he brought an alignment to my husbands neck. The process was pretty painful, but Dr. Tai walked him through it and made sure he was comfortable. He was very nice and easy to connect to, keeping the atmosphere light and a little humorous. 🙂 My husband saw great results the next day. And in two days, his neck was in greater condition than it's been in months! I would recommend everyone to come see Dr. Tai and take care of the small annoying pains in your back or neck. Don't wait for it to get worse, because the pain is intolerable.
Yeap. This place has only 5 star reviews. I won't repeat what everyone else said - just read the other reviews. I agree 110% with what was written ... This place is exceptional. I have been to numerous chiropractors in the area. First off dr Morris tai went to Palmer ( which is best chiro school in the states ) and their practice here is top notch. Highly recommend
I've been going here since it was owned by another chiropractor, and even though my original chiropractor moved to a different country Dr.Tai is awesome! He uses a different method than any chiropractor in the area, he does something called meningeal releases which feel weird but will make all your pain go away! I used to have really bad headaches everyday and it affected my work, since I've been going here I almost never have headaches and I feel great. I recommend this chiropractor to anyone I know who is in pain. Also the girls at the counter are awesome and fun, and Dr.Tai is always friendly and takes an interest in his patient's lives.

So... unfortunately my father was in a car accident in Arizona. So serious that I made him come to Sacramento to stay with me so I can make sure he gets taken care of and gets the treatment he needs to get better. Then, a few weeks after my dad arrives in Sacto, my husband gets in a car accident. 🙁 I wish I was making this up 🙁 Anyway, I had already started taking my dad to other Chiros, but something was missing. They were all good, but not great, and now that I had to take my husband to a Chiro, I was on the hunt for the best in town! Enter Lighthouse Chiropractic. The reason I chose them in the first place is because they had excellent reviews, and had a full set up; massage, massage table, water bed, heated beds, chiropractic care, and more! I have never personally experienced a Chiropractor that offers full body massage as part of their package. At best, I have only experienced Chiropractor offices that MAYBE have a massage therapist come in once a week, but then the massage is an extra charge :-/ Once my dad got adjusted by Dr. Tai, he was in total bliss! My dad said he felt a relief of tension, and the massage by Stephan? Well... that is the icing on the cake! My husband also enjoys that Lighthouse is kind of a one stop shop too. Since my guys have been going to Lighthouse, they have been in better spirits, and improving. Thank you everyone at Lighthouse for helping my family get back on track!
For the past 6 years of my life I have experienced severe lower back pain to the point that at times I could barely walk. I have sought the help of physicians and chiropractors in the past with no results. I have spend a lot of money on treatments that didn't make my pain go away. A friend told me about lighthouse chiropractor, and of course I was extremely sceptical. It was only after my back pain almost paralyzed me with pain, that I happily walked into lighthouse. I had nothing to loose, I couldn't bare this pain any longer. To my surprise and great relief within just one month of treatment my back pain had decreased significantly for the first time in years!!! I would recommend lighthouse chiropractor to anyone in search of freedom from the hell of back pain!
Dr Tai is one of the best Chiropractors I visited - fixed my back pain. I also got an awesome massage in addition from their massage therapist. Staff is super friendly! Would recommend them to a friend.
Dr Tai is the best, down to earth, honest, affordable Chiropractor you will find. He is concerned with helping you, not making money. And knows the customers are #1. He has helped me with several problems and explained them to me very well. Highly recommended.
I have been seeing chiropractor's for the last 25+ years for very bad lower back pain. Although the other chiropractors gave me temporary relief, Dr. Tai has reduced my pain level from a constant 8 out of 10 to less than 1. My back feels better that it has in over 25 years. I almost can't believe it. Dr. Tai's treatment of the usually adjustments PLUS the stretches he performs on me have made all the difference in my lower back. For the 1st time in longer that I can remember I have no pain. I'm able to do things that normally would have been very painful without any pain. I can't thank Dr. Tai enough.
I found this place by accident thru Living Social. I bought a 60 minute massage + chiropractic deal. Natalia, Ukrainian massage therapist, tall, and slim, had great hands. She showed me a couple of stretches that I can do at home. Tai, a Chinese chiropractor, is genuine and rather excellent chiropractor. In my first encounter I loved both massage therapist and chiropractor and would love to go back. Unfortunately they don't take Kaiser insurance. I highly recommend Lighthouse Chiropractic who needs massage and/or chiropractic therapy.
Why is he getting a 5 star rating from someone who normally does not give out 5 stars. This business "gets it". It's a small operation, woman at the desk could totally be dubbed a "cool girl" by yours truly. The chiropractor DC is modest and has moulded his craft. His demo is great, his ability to converse is great, and most importantly his adjustment worked for me on the first visit, so much so that I called the next day to say thanks. Is he the best chiropractor? Not sure but he uses an unusual technique (I'll let him explain) mixed with the typical adjustment you get from most DC's. He's not in the most glam area of town but it also shows in his pricing so don't let location throw you off. This guy is strong and knows his stuff.
Dr. Thai is awesome. Helping me with neck and back pain and also my sciatica. Worth the money and his packages are cheap compared to others!!!
